Return Policy

Have a problem with your order? We’ve got your back with our 25-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your Project Beauty online purchase, or if it arrives damaged, simply follow the steps below to return the unused portion and we’ll gladly issue a refund or send you a replacement.

Step 1.

Prior to returning your item(s), please email us your order number at info@myprojectbeauty.com so we can send you a Return Request Form to complete.

Step 2.

Complete the Return Request Form and pack it with the product(s) along with a copy of your invoice.

Step 3.

Ship it back to us using a carrier of your choice. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method. Project Beauty is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

Return shipping fees are not refundable.

Your return request will be processed within 1 - 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after we receive it. We will email you to confirm we received it and that your return or exchange request is being processed. Any replacement products will be shipped to you via Standard shipping.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for any Project Beauty product(s) purchased at other retailers. Only products purchased directly from myprojectbeauty.com may be returned for a refund.

We will refund the original form of payment to the original purchaser within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your return. We regret that we are unable to refund the original shipping charges.
